Version 1.04 [Wineskin] swaps the old Super Strike for unique generals per faction, which changes how you push. The standalone expansion adds new missions, units, and buildings across all three sides. The economy stays simplified, so most of your attention goes to the map.
- Scout and expand. Claim a second resource field early; the simplified economy means income flows from map presence, not micro-managed harvesters.
- Build a mixed force. New units per faction cover each other's gaps. Do not tech straight to top-tier; you need screening units to hold ground.
- Pick a general. The replacement for Super Strike gives you a specialty that shapes your mid-game. Build around that bonus.
- Engage and capture. Combat is the point. Push into enemy bases, neutralize defenses, and capture structures to flip their production to your side.
- Roll up the map. Each captured base becomes a forward staging point. Chain captures to starve the opponent of resources and map control.
That loop — expand, fight, capture, repeat — is the core minute-to-minute work. It is a combat-first expansion, not a builder.
